Note: these back up the agent workspaces (files), not the database. A database snapshot is taken automatically by Reset System below.

Danger zone

Reset System deletes the desk's trading data — messages, trades, positions, reconciliation runs and lines, alerts, notifications, marks, snapshots, audit logs and every other generated record — and returns the system to a clean state for a fresh round of testing. A snapshot of everything about to be deleted is written to the backups directory first.

Reset System

Applies saved model & scheduler settings. Restarts only the backend (~3–5s) — the database and the WhatsApp gateway are not touched.

Reconnect WhatsApp

This unlinks the current session and generates a fresh pairing QR. On the bot phone: WhatsApp → Settings → Linked devices → Link a device, then scan below.
